The withdrawal process is as important as depositing money and that is why we have made it smooth and easy for every client.
Clients has the freedom to withdraw funds as and when they require it. With FXFaith, you get the fastest withdrawal in the market – on average a withdrawal request’s processing time is 1-2 business days, depending on your banking provider and your withdrawal documentation. Though in most cases, clients receive the funds much earlier.
For ELITE accounts withdrawal takes up to 24 hours. This is also dependent from country to country and method of withdrawal since international bank wire transfer may take longer than local transfer.
Before a withdrawal can be made you must complete the following steps:
FXFaith Compliance department handles all submitted KYC requests. KYC identification documents must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal, please provide us with the following documents:
1. A copy of your passport, government I.D. Proof/employee ID card issued by Government or Army/Defense, Photo ID issued to citizens by the Governmentor driver’s license (Front and back.)
2. A recent valid rent or utility bill addressed to you, to prove that you are residing at the address you mention. The document should not be more than 3 months old from the date of submission. Most commonly accepted bills include rent, electricity, lease, contract, water, bank or credit card statement; current local authority tax bill, or a bill for housing and public services.(Please provide us with the entire document).
After you send the required documents, you will receive an automatic email validating your account or requesting additional documents to complete the verification within 24 hours after your documents are submitted.
If you fund your account using credit/debit card you have to send us a photocopy of both sides of the card (you may blank/hide 12 digits and CVV).
Please note that only the first four and the last four digits on the front of the credit card must be visible, along with the expiry date and full name. You are welcome to hide the rest of the numbers on the front and the CVV number on the back. Since that is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone hence we never request for it.
FXFaith is not responsible for any unintentional disclosure of confidential credit card data by you during the uploading of the scanned copies of your card copies. We reiterate, we only need to see the last 4 digits of the card.

Note- Withdrawal via international bank transfers may incur bank transfer charges of about $20 (depending on country).
In accordance with AML rules and regulation, we do not process withdrawals to 3rd party account. The funds can only be transferred by client to his own account, clients cannot request funds to be transferred to friends or families account if he is not a joint account holder on the said account.
Clients have an option to withdraw funds to Neteller also if they prefer doing so instead of getting funds transferred to their bank account.
